Sweet Potato Slices (Savory)

Ingredients
4 sweet potatoes1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.5 tsp salt.5 tsp pepper
Directions
Slice the sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch rounds. Drop all ingredients into a large ziptype baggie and mix up well.

Place "chips" on a greased baking sheet (using tin foil helps with cleanup). Bake at 400 for 15 minutes on one side, turn over and bake for another 15 minutes on the other side.
