Artichoke Pesto

Ingredients
one can artichoke hearts in water, drainedabout 20 leaves of basil 1/4 cup oil oliveabout 1/2 cup lemon1/4 cup pine nuts3 cloves of garlicsalt, pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend. Blend longer if you want it creamy, blend less time if you want it more chunky.
