Classic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar1 Tbsp chopped shallots or scallions1/4 tsp salt1 Tbsp dijon mustard1/8 tsp black pepper3 Tbsp vegetable broth
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well.

Marinade poultry in the sauce for a few hours or cook poultry in the sauce right away and serve over pasta.
