Buffalo Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
1 tablespoon cornstarch1 teaspoon seasoned salt2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs1/4 cup Buffalo wing saucecooking sprayLarge zip-top bag
Directions
Preheat 2-sided tabletop grill. Place cornstarch and seasoned salt in zip-top bag and shake to mix. Then add chicken and shake to coat. Add wing sauce and knead bag to coat completely.

Coat both sides of grill with cooking spray and place chicken on grill, close lid and cook about 8-11 minutes. Press the lid down ocassionally during cooking time to sear the chicken. Cook until edges are crisp.
