Kathryn's Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 c Whole Wheat Flour1/2 c. Unbleached White Flour1/2 c. Rolled Oats1/4 c. Wheat or Oat Bran2 c. Plain, Whole YogurtMix and let above ingredients sit for 30 minutes - 24 hours.Add:2 Tbs Raw Sugar3 Tbs Olive Oil1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp salt 2 Large EggsMix thoroughly and pour onto griddle for about 12 pancakes. 2 pancakes equal one serving.
