lc daily edamame snack

Ingredients
1 package of frozen edamame in pods1 tbsp soy saucesea salt (NOT regular table salt)water (about 1 cup)
Directions
this can be done in a microwave or stovetop

edamame and water in pot, cover
cook on stove, med hi, for 12 minutes or in micro for 5

drain

put back in pot, drizzle soy sauce and salt to taste, shake in pot, plate and serve.

*NOTE: DO NOT EAT PODS.*
