Sugar 250g2tbsp gelatine1 cup whole milk1 pint regular whipping cream ( 2 cups, 450ml, 32 tbsp )1 pint heavy whipping cream ( 2 cups, 450ml, 32 tbsp )1lb freash pinable, cubed4 medium eggs1 cup frozen of fresh dark sweet cherries1cup mandarin oranges or oranges.You can replace the cherries, pineapple and manadarine oranges with the fruit of your choice
Mix and then boil sugar, milk, gelatine, eggs and a few drops of vanilla on bain-marie (water batch) until it thickens.
Let if cool down completely and meanwhile prepare the whipped cream.
Mix the cooled composition with half the prepared whipped cream and fruit and freeze for two hours.
Use the remaining whipped cream and fruit to ornate..
Enjoy and feel very, very, guilty.
