Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Russet potato without skin, 4 medium potatoesAdd chicken broth sparingly, you may not need the whole cup
Peel and boil potatoes, cover with water and boil for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain water and pour into a mixing bowl and a little chicken broth at a time while mixing until desired consistency is reached. Dish on to plates and enjoy.
