Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 3 large Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 2 cup Zucchini, 2 cup, shredded Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp *Flour, white, 3 cup Salt, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 3 tsp Baking Powder, .25 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
Directions
Shredded zucchini mix all the stuff together and cook in a greased (cooking spray) buntpan at 350 for 1 hour. Divide the bread into 24 equal slices. Each slice is 176.6 Calories. about 52 grams each slice.
