Smoked Salmon and Goat Cheese Pizza

1 Lavash Wrap (Or tortilla or pizza crust)1.5oz smoked salmon, sliced.5 small onion, thinly sliced2 small roma tomatoes, diced1oz goat cheese.25 cup shredded mozzarella5 basil leaves, rolled and sliced to create "ribbons"1Tbsp Capers1tsp Olive Oil
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Place Lavash wrap (available in bread aisle near naan) on cookie sheet
Sprinkle mozzarella chees over crust
Sprinkle salmon slices, onion slices, tomatoes and basil evenly over the cheese.
Drizzle olive oil over crust, then top with goat cheese and capers. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until crust is as you desire.
