Ingredients
2 oz mozzarella cheese2 Tbs fresh parmesean shredded5 pepperoni slices1 Tbs chopped onion1 Tbs chopped bell pepper1 small mushroom chopped2 Tbs pizza or spaghetti sauce (optional)
Directions
Spread about 1 oz of cheese on a small plate. Space out the pepperonis. Sprinkle the onion, bell pepper and mushrooms on top. Spread about 2 Tbs of sauce on top. Sprnkle the remaining cheese and parmesean cheese on top. Microwave 30-45 seconds on high to melt the cheese.

You can use any of your favorite toppings.
