* Vegetable Broth, 1.5 cup (remove) * Spinach, fresh, 2.5 cup (remove) * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove) * Garlic, 1 clove (remove) * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can, 3 serving (remove) * Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
in a large saucepan over medium heat, bring vegetable broth to a boil. reduce heat, and mix in spinach, onion, cayenne pepper, garlic. Stir in beans and broccoli. Continue to cook and stir for 5-10 min. Add diced tomatoes and continue cooking until all vegetables are tender.
You can add parmesan cheese and serve over the cooked pasta or rice.
