Summer Garden Salad

Ingredients
1 7oz. package of elbow macaroni (or about 2 cups uncooked)1/2 cup of Fat Free Wishbone Italian Dressing1/2 Sunkist lemon, grated peel and juice2 cups fresh spinich cut in thin strips1 medium cucumber sliced10-12 cherry or grape tomatoes6 radishes sliced2 to 3 green onions sliced
Directions
Makes 10 2/3 cup servings

Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse. Meanwhile, slice all vegetables and mix the lemon peel and juice with the salad dressing. Combine macaroni and vegetables and pour dressing mixture overall, tossing to coat. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Excellent for picnics since there are no ingredients to spoil in extreme heat.
