low fat zucchini bread

Ingredients
4 egg whites1 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 1/2 cup sugar2 cups grated zucchini1 cup chopped walnuts1 tbsp vanilla extract3 cups flour1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Combine wet and dry ingredients separately then gradually add dry to the wet mixing well. Pour into prepared pans and bake at 325 for an hour or until done. Makes 2 large loaves or 24 muffins.
