Potato Soup

Ingredients
8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and diced1 carrot, peeled and diced1 onion, diced3 to 5 cups water4 cubes chicken bouillon1 tsp dried parsley¨ö tsp garlic, minced¨÷ cup margarine12 oz can evaporated milk
Directions
Place potatoes, carrot and onion in slow cooker with water, bouillon cubes, parsley, garlic and margarine; cover.

Heat on low setting for 10 to 12 hours or on high setting for 4 to 5 hours.

During the last hour of cooking, stir in the evaporated milk.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
