Creamy Bean Burritos

Ingredients
1 can sweet corn1 16oz can refried beans1/2 of a 26oz jar salsa8 oz light sour cream1 can enchilada sauce 10oz1 cup shredded cheddar cheese10 flour tortillas 8 inch
Directions
mix together first 4 ingredients.
divide mixture evenly between tortillas, fold and place in a baking dish.
Pour enchilada sauce on burritos.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover and bake at 350 until warmed.

    Sounds good Can't wait to try but I think I'm going to sub for Fat free beans, sour cream and cheese and use Wheat totillas, way less calories, fat etc. Making this tonight! - 7/7/07
