Slow Cooker Pork Green Chili

1 Pork Roast8 cups of Fresh Hatch Green Chiles, chopped(2 large cans Chopped Hatch Green Chiles if fresh are unavailable)1 small can Chopped Jalapeno 1 onion (chopped)1tbsp Cumin1tbsp Black Pepper1tbsp Garlic Powder1tsp Salt1/2 cup Flour
Toss everything except flour into a Slow Cooker and cook for 8hrs on low.
Remove pork roast and shred pork with a fork, removing the bones. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker.
Toss in up to 1/2 cup of flower and stir to thicken sauce.
Serve over rice, on tacos, etc.
Roasted Hatch Green Chiles can be bought seasonally from roadside vendors or farmers market. If out of season, substitute two large cans of Chopped Hatch Green Chiles.
