Peach Tomato Salad

2 large ripe peaches, sliced into wedges2 large tomatoes, sliced into wedges1/2 medium to large onion, sliced into wedges and broken apart1 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes2 tbsp olive oil3 tbsp fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped1 lime
1) Mix peach, tomato, and onion slices in a bowl
2) Stir in red pepper and cilantro
3) Pour olive oil and juice lime over the salad. Mixed together until oil, juice, and spice are evenly distributed over the fruits and veg.
Wonderful alone or with grilled fish or chicken.
