Ingredients
Flank Steak, 1lb.Dried Parsley, 2 tbsp.Red Wine, 2 tbsp.Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp.Brown Gravy Mix, 1 PacketWater, 1.5 cups
Directions
Cut flank steak in two inch strips against the grain. Rub with garlic powder to taste.
Into crockpot add the water, parsley, red wine, soy sauce and gravy mix.
Add the steak to the crockpot, cook on low all day (8hrs).
It will be FALL APART tender!

    very good makes the steak tender and those boogers are hard to get tender - 10/7/09
