Slow Cooker Vegetarian Stew

Ingredients
1 medium onion chopped2 large sweet potatoes chopped1 medium butternut squash peeled and chopped3 small sweet/tart apples such as Pink Lady, choppedi medium head cauliflower separated into small floretsfrench lentils, rinsedi large can Tomato Pureei bunch black kale, chopped***Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Coriander to taste
Directions
Chop all ingredients into bite size pieces and place in slow cooker with enough water to come halfway up the sides of the pan. Cook for four hours or until done.
