Donna's Chow Mein

Ingredients
2 full boneless skinless chicken breast cut in small peices4 Tbls low sodium soya sauce1T sesame oil300 g Chinese style noodles1 tsp sesame oil2 T olive oil separated2c broccoli flowettes2 cloves garlic1c leeks20 sugar peas 2 baby bok choy1c. carrot matchstick like1c mushrooms 1c low sodium chicken broth
Directions
Marinade cut up chicken in the soya sauce, sesame oil and garlic powder. Marinade at least one hour. Cook noodle rinse in cold water and set aside.(I put it in the pot I mix the chow mein up in,I add 1 tsp os sesame oil, so the noodle do not stick) Saute chicken and when cooked lay in with noodles. Saute leeks and garlic, add remaining vegtables and cook until tender crisp, and the broth and stir to mix. Add this to noodles and chicken heat slightly
