Ingredients
1 cup 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk1 cup Yoplait Light Very Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt1 small to medium sized banana1 cup Great Value Frozen Mixed Berries2 tbsp Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ1/4 cup Bear Naked All Natural Granola, Fruit & Nut
Directions
Add soy milk and yogurt to blender. Quarter banana and add to blender. Add berries, wheat germ and granola. Pur'ee contents for about 1-2 minutes, depending on the consistency you like. Our blender has a "drink" button that does a very nice job. Makes two 8 ounce servings.
