Jamaican Jerk Grilled Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts bone-in, no skin, divided into 4 pieces total1 Onion1 Jalapeno Pepper or 1/2 scotch bonnet peppper, or 1/4 tsp hot Hungarian paprikaGarlic, 3 cloves4 green onionsOrange Juice, .25 cupSoy Sauce, .25 cupCanola Oil, 1 tbsp1 tbsp wine vinegar1 tsp each dried thyme and ground allspice or mace1/4 tsp each cinnamon, curry powder, salt and pepper
Directions
Remove any fat from the chicken breast halves, and make 3 deep cuts along each piece to allow the marinade to penetrate.
Puree all the ingredients except the chicken in a food processor. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces and let sit for 2 hours at room temperature in a cool place, or refrigerate for 4 hours. Grill until nicely cooked through. Seves 4.
