Thai Pad Pak

Ingredients
pak kana (or chinese cabbage will do)broccolicarrotscauliflowerprik chee-fa, jalapenos or mixed red/green pepperssnow peasstraw mushroomsshallots (or minced onion)lime juicesoy sauce (I use low sodium)palm sugar (to taste)Thai chili in oilbean sproutspeanut oil (for wok)jasmine rice (or sticky rice)
Directions
-Cook rice per directions & set aside, keeping hot.
-Add peanut oil to a wok or skillet over med-high heat.
-Stir in Thai chili paste & soy sauce, mix well.
-Add everything else except sprouts & sugar. Mix until coated. Continue to cook until veggies are done, but still firm.
-Add sugar to taste.
-Remove from heat.
-Add sprouts & serve over rice.
