Ingredients
1/2 cup butter1/2 cup vegetable oil1 3/4 cup sugar1 teaspoon vanilla3 eggs1/2 cup milk2 1/2 cups flour4 tablespoons cocoa1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powder2 cups zuchinni, peeled and grated
Directions
Bake in a greased 13x9 pan for 40-45 minutes at 325. Makes 12 nice-sized servings.

    I made this with splenda instead of sugar and margarine instead of butter. Also, I baked in 24 cup cakes instead of one large cake. Turned out well, but I like my chocolate to be richer and if I did it again, I would double the cocoa. - 10/14/13
