Crock Pot Ground Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
20 oz Foster Farms Ground Turkey (lean)1 large Egg2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce3 1/2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce, split into 1 Tbsp and 2 1/2 Tbsp1/3 cup celery, diced1/3 cup sweet onion, chopped1/3 cup Bread crumbs2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT 2 1/2 Tbsp of the BBQ sauce together. Line your crock pot with a double layer of aluminum foil, making sure to come up all the way to the top edge of the crock, so that you can use the foil to lift the meatloaf out. Press the loaf mixture into the crock, cover with the remaining 2 1/2 Tbsp of BBQ sauce. Place lid on crock pot and cook on low 6-9 hours. I use a small round crock pot, and cut the meatloaf into 6 wedges, like a pie. Makes 6 servings.
