1 lb ground turkey1 cup diced bell pepper1 cup diced onion (or onion powder will do)1 cup fresh mushrooms finely chopped2 cloves or 2 tsp minced garlic(garlic powder will do as well)2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, or twice around the pan(you could use a spray to cut down even more calories)2 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 cup bbq sauce (whichever kind you like but look for the lowest calorie and fat content)
Directions
Heat a pan over medium- high heat. Add the olive oil, onion and garlic. Cook until just soft, don't let burn. Add the ground turkey and cook until brown. Add s&p to taste. Add the diced bell pepper (any colors will do) and mushrooms. Cook for about 5 more minutes. Add the balsamic and bbq sauce and cook until heated through and nicely mixed.
