Ingredients
2 small russett potatos2 med red potatos2 med yukon gold potatos4 tblsp I can't believe its not butter lite1/2 diced cheddar cheese
Directions
Makes 4-6 1/2 cup servings

Peel potatos and boil add pinch of salt while boiling.

Drain, add cheese & butter and mash. Ready to serve.
