I probably should know what temperature to set the oven to for baking cookies, but I don't bake much. Can you tell me? - 7/30/09

D'oh! That is rather important isn't it. Bake them at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Thanks for pointing that out. I've edited the recipe.

Wow - I can't believe these are allowed in phase one... hot out of the oven, they were awesome! I even tried mixing a little unsweetened cocoa powder in with the second batch and they were pretty good.

    I would definitely recommend! - 3/5/10

I used small scoop to make cookies and was able to get 16 instead of the 24 servings, which made the nutrious value different. I really liked these, but another recipe I found was better because these are much drier than traditional pb cookies, but 1 with a glass of milk was satisfying. - 3/1/09

Thanks for the comment Shelly. I used 2 small teaspoons (from my silverware drawer)to ball the cookie "dough" which is how I got 24 cookies out of the recipe. When I served them to my south beach dieting friends they loved them.
