3 Cups Skim Milk3 Tbsp CornstarchPinch of Salt2 Squares of Bakers Semi Sweet Baking Chocolate8 Packets of Truvia1/2 Tsp Dried Instant Coffee (optional but worth it!)Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
Combine all dry ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Slowly whisk in milk and add the chocolate squares, broken in half. Microwave for 1 minute and stir. Microwave for 1 more minute and stir. Microwave 2 minutes and stir. Microwave 2 minutes and stir. Microwave 1 more minute, stir in Vanilla extract and pour into 2 large for 4 medium serving glasses.
Makes 2 large servings 1and a half cups each, or 4 medium servings three quarters of a cup each.
