2 Cups frozen blueberries1 slice soft silken tofu1 cup vanilla soymilk
Directions
Chop frozen blueberries in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add tofu & soymilk & blend until everything comes together. Add or decrease soymilk depending on thickness desired.
