low fat mango chicken

Ingredients
chicken, 800 gram(s) creamed tomatoes, 250 gram(s) creme fraiche weight watchers, 400 serving mango chutney, 230 gram(s) Onions, raw, 1 large Garlic, 3 cloves Coriander Salt to tastewater
Directions
Low fat Mango Chicken
Serves6 to 8

In a pan soften the garlic and onion (add a bit of water 1tsp)

once soften add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes

after 5 minutes add the tomatoes, mango chutney and water if necessary (depends how thick you like your sauce)

let simmer for 25minutes and at the end stir in the creme fraiche and leave for 5minutes, remove from the heat

cut the coriander and stir in

add salt to your taste
if the sauce is to thick add some water
