Beef and Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 pound lean ground beef1 small onion diced1 small bag of frozen mixed veggies1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup1 soup can of water1 can cream style corn2 cups penne pasta
Directions
Brown the ground beef and onion and drain excess grease. Place in the bottom of a casserole dish. Place the penne pasta and the mixed veggies on top of the ground beef mixture. Bring the soup, water and corn to a boil on the stove top. Pour the boiling mixture over the ground beef, pasta and veggies. Place casserole in a 375 degreee oven and cook for 30-40 minutes.
