7 cups beef broth1 (15oz) can tomato sauce1(14.5oz)can diced tomatoes1 1/2 cups diced carrots1 1/4 cups diced potatoes1 cup chopped celery1/2 cup chopped onion1-10oz package of frozen peas1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
this recipe makes 8-1cup servings
In a large saucepan or dutch oven, combine broth, tomato sauce, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes,celery, onion and pepper. bring to a boil, reduce heat,cover and simmer for 30 minutes. stir in salt.
