Ingredients
pre-grilled chicken, red peppers, broccoli, carrots, cheeses, and pasta tossed with dressing.
Directions
Cook pasta, drain and put in large bowl. Steam veggies and slice into bite-size peices. Dice cheeses into tiny cubes, dice chicken into chunks. Toss all together with dressings.

    Very subtle on the directions/ingredients I guess. I left out the red peppers (personal preference) and grilled my own chicken breasts and tossed with some low fat mayo and ranch seasonings. Yum :) - 7/21/10
