Ingredients
4 oz raw meat (chicken, lean beef, shrimp, crab, lobster)1/4 cup chopped onion1 cup of chopped spinach1 cup shredded cabbage 2 tbsp of tomato paste1 cup celery diced1 tsp garlic powder or fresh chopped garlic1 tbsp parsley1 tsp onion powder1-3 tsp ground red pepper (depends how spicy you like)
Directions
Put raw meat in a pot with a few cups of water. Cook meat until fully cooked - add more water if necessary. Then add vegetables and spices and add water to level of vegetables. Add 2 tbsp tomato paste. Simmer on medium until vegetables are tender crisp. Season to taste - may need to add 1 tsp of sea salt or even another tbsp of tomato paste.

    Very Good, HapyClrk. I four timed the recipe & have so much since I can only have steak twice a week I froze it. The meat was so tender it was like eating brisket of beef. I did not have any onion powder & my onions were low. I might of been missing some spices, too! Thank you, Karen - 10/1/09
