Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients

1 c chopped onion1 c chopped green pepper28oz can diced tomatoes1 c diced mushrooms1 small can sliced olives (drained)1 Tbsp oregano1 lb browned ground turkey12 oz whole wheat spaghetti noodles10 oz can cream of mushroom soup1/4 c water
Cook noodles according to package. Meanwhile, in a large skillet saute onion, pepper, and mushroom until tender. Add tomatoes, olives, and oregano. Add ground turkey. Simmer uncovered for ten minutes.
Place half of the spaghetti in a greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Top with half the veggie mix. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat noodle and veggie layers.
Mix water and soup together until smooth. Pour over casserole. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 until heated through (about 15 minutes).
