Eggy Cinnamon Bread

4 slices of whole wheat bread, thin1 egg200 ml non fat mil4 teaspoons of sugar2 teaspoons of cinnamonsomething to bake in, to your pereference use Butter, Oil of cooking spray. Add calories accordingly.
Beat the sugar with the egg untill blended. Then add milk and cinnamon and mix in.
Slice bread diagonally and let the slices soak in the mixture for a minute, turning them.
In a pan, heat your butter-oil-cooking spray of choice and then bake the sandwiches, 4 at a time, in the pan, turning them over from time to time. Bake until nice and brown.
This recipe can be made even slimmer by using splenda in stead of the sugar.
You can add cinnamon to taste.
