2 Mangos, peeled and cut2 Bananas, peeled and cut3 cups Swiss Chard leaves, washed and torn3 ribs Celery, washed and cut1 cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
Place ingredients into a blender and blend. Yield is about 1 litre, or 32 ounces, or 4 cups for 4 1-cup servings.
