Life Grilled Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
5 oz chicken breast2 tbsp or marina sauce (I used spicy pizza sauce in squeeze bottle)1 oz part skim shredded mozzarella
Directions
Grill or saute chicken in pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat until cooked through.

Top cooked chicken with marinara sauce and cheese and broil until hot and bubbly (for best results) or microwave for 30 sec to melt cheese.

Makes 1 serving.
