Ingredients
1 cup Fat-free half and half1/2 cup grated parmesan cheesePepper and garlic to taste
Directions
Heat all ingredients over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and sauce thickens.

Add more garlic and pepper to taste, if desired.

Pour 1/4c over your favorite whole wheat pasta. Add grilled veggies if you like.
