Ingredients
* Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup (cooked) * Apples, fresh, 1 medium * Onions, raw, 1 medium * Garlic, 3 cloves * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Curry powder, 1 tbsp * *coconut milk -(So Delicious , original) 1 cup * Raisins, 0.25 cup (not packed) * Chili powder, 1 tsp * *Ginger Powder, 0.5 tsp * Cardamom, ground, 0.5 tsp * *Cumin (ground), 0.5 tsp * Salt, 0.25 tsp
Directions
Heat oil, and saute chopped onions, garlic and curry powder until onion tender. Add channa, chopped apples and other spices. Then add coconut milk and raisins and anything else in the ingredient list I might have forgotten. Use as little or as much chili powder as you can stand!
Simmer until the apples are slightly tender.
Serve over basmati rice
