Plain Ol Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 c unbleached all purpose flour1/2 c whole wheat flour1 tbsp baking powder2 tbsp sugar replacer (I used for Clabber Girl Sugar Replacer for Baking)1 egg2 tbsp applesauce1 c 2% milk
Directions
Combine the first three ingrdients in a small bowl. Combine the last three ingredients in a seperate medium bowl. Add dry bowl mix to wet bowl immediately before you plan to cook.

Cook in a non-stick skillet until batter is done.
