beets 1 cup canned buttermilk 1 cuppeeled cucumbersprig dillsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Shred cucumber into soup bowl - seeded if large. Shred beets into bowl or add 1 cup prepared beet salad from jar. Mix in buttermilk salt and pepper .Garnish with dill May float icecube in bowl if you wish delish
