Ingredients
1 cup fresh blueberries1/3 cup balsamic vinegar1 tbsp poppy seeds1/8 cup canola oil1/2 tbsp dehydrated onion flakes2 pkts of Splenda sweetener
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Serve 1/2 of this recipe immediately over MarketPlace Strawberry Spinach Salad.

    GREAT on Spinach, Pear, & Strawberry salad with Blue Cheese Crumbles!
    I multiplied it by 4 before adding any sweetener. Took out 1/4 for my mom, then added Equal to the rest. We ALL LOVE it! Next time I might try substituting lemon juice for 1/2 the oil. - 9/20/09
