Jenny's Cool Cucumber Bruschetta

Ingredients
1 Large Cucumber - peeled, seed center removed and chopped1/2 med raw red onion - chopped5 rawred bell pepper stripps - chopped5 raw yellow bell pepper stripps - chopped4 garlic cloves - chopped finely4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil4 tbsp balsamic vinegar.5 tsp sea salt1 tsp black pepper1/4 cup fresh basil finely cut
Directions
Chop up all ingredients as directed. In one bowl mix all ingredients and stir well. You can refrigerate for 30 mins if you want it to be a little chilled. Serve w/ pita chips or toasted bread.
