Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cupcakes

Ingredients
3 eggs1 c canola oil2 c sugar2 tsp vanilla2 c zucchini shredded1 1/4 c pineapple crushed3 c flour2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp cinnamon3/4 tsp nutmeg1 c chocolate chips
Directions
*Combine eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla. Beat until smooth and thickened
*Stir in zucchini and pineapple, flour, soda, baking powder, salt, and spices
*Fold in chocolate chips and nuts
*Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 full
*Bake 350 for 20 minutes or until done. If baking loaves, bake for 1 hour.
