ingredients:Summer squash, 1 medium Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 slice, thick/large (1/2" thick) Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped Basil, .33 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp Salt, .5 tsp *Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp Garlic powder, .25 tsp
Boil Squash until soft (about halfway cooked).
Mix all ingredients except Parmesan.
Bake 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees, or until onions are slightly browned.
Sprinkle Parmesan evenly, and bake for 2 minutes more.
