(Imitation) Crab Salad on a bed of Salad Greens

Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, add the crab meat, onion, mayo, sour cream, parsley and lemon juice. Mix well and fold in the capers. you can also add 1/4 cup, chopped celery and salt & pepper to taste. Remember that the celery, salt and pepper are not in the nutritional information, as I love the taste without.
Directions
You may chill, but it is not necessary.

Divide the mixture in half and serve over 2 cups of your favorite salad greens. Or eat half and be sure to refrigerate the other half.
