Lipton Souper Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef2 eggs1 pkg Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup mix (dry)3/4 cup water3/4 cup dry bread crumbs1/3 cup ketchup
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. (I dissolve the soup mix in the water before mixing). Form into loaf in 9x13 dish.

Bake @ 350 for one hour

    This is my go-to meatloaf recipe - delicious and it freezes very well. I use a mixture of ground beef and ground pork and made a gravy from the "crusty bits" in the pan - 5/17/16
